Graduated from Moscow State University of Applied Biotechnology in 1990. Studied on TACIS courses and those of other institutes (specialization- political science and political technology). Lives in Grodno.

Till 2001 worked in a laboratory of an industrial enterprise. In 2001 was forced to leave his job for the reason of his participation in the presidential elections political campaign. 

Active participant of all levels electoral campaigns on the deputies local soviets elections in 2003, 2007 and those of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus in 2004, 2008. As BHC observer held monitoring of the elections in the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus in 2004, 2008, Local elections in 2007. Was a head of deputy candidates’ offices of A. Ostrovsky and N. Voron in Grodno in 2004 during the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

Initiator of actions in support of political prisoners and  for their release, as well as actions on the problem of the missing Belarusian politicians.
