Note. In the context of the current deepest human rights crisis, we recognize the lack of real interaction with the authorities. At the same time, BHC considers authorities to be an extremely important institution on which implementation and protection of human rights depend.
To increase authorities' effectiveness in this field BHC:
- monitors effectiveness of state steps, informs the authorities about detected human rights violations and their reasons;
- provides expert recommendations concerning the ways of creation of mechanisms of implementation and protection of human rights, and elimination of their violation preconditions; international experts and resources can also be involved;
- organizes professional development programmes and best international practices for state bodies workers;
- can help to protect rights of state employee if needed.
