THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT EXPRESSED THE NEED FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, THE PROSECUTOR'S ACTIONS FOR CASES WITH NEWLY DISCOVERED CIRCUMSTANCES MAY BE APPEALED TO THE COURT
