У ліпені Беларускі Хельсінкскі Камітэт і Human Constanta ў супрацоўніцтве з Беларускім ПЭНам і Lawtrend накіравалі Камітэту альтэрнатыўны даклад аб выкананні дзяржавай асобных абавязальніцтваў па барацьбе з расавай дыскрымінацыяй. Тут пералічаныя праблемы, якія БХК і партнёры палічылі самымі вострымі і важнымі ў беларускім кантэксце.
